  • 2) Its main function is to charge the battery of Diesel Generator (DG) to a particular volt and maintain this voltage.

  • 5) Auto memory in case of Power failure.
  • 6) Auxiliary power supply of 12V DC is fed to terminal. 2 and 3.
  • 7) Battery voltage is sensed through terminal 5 and 6.
  • 8) For battery charging purpose a relay is connected on 7,8 and 9. Whenever battery voltage goes below the set value, relays common (C) terminal connected to the normally open (NO) terminal for charging the battery and it is connected here until the battery is not fully charged.
